The symbol mark represents Haman County's commitment to reinforcing a clean, green city image and shows the county’s will and vision echoing far and high. The symbol mark also portrays the form of Yeohang Mountain and the longest dike in the country and its bird shape symbolizes the diverse dreams and hopes of Haman.

City Brand

City Brand

The city brand symbol is a fundamental element representing Haman County. It shows Haman's diverse resources in icons that together form the letter "H," Haman’s English initial. The icons composing "H" represent Haman's agriculture, industries, tourism culture and urban areas. The symbol shows a balanced harmony of nature, history, and industry in Haman County.

Zinnia blooms for about a hundred days and its strong fertility symbolizes the unwavering spirit of our ancestors. The elegant and passionate colors and fragrance of the flower represent the infinite potential and resilience of the county’s people as well as Haman’s growth and development.

County Tree: Persimmon Tree

Persimmon trees are fruit-bearing trees with lush leaves. They are closely connected to the daily lives of Haman residents. Haman's Pasu dried persimmons were once a tribute to the royal family and remain a local specialty. The tree are widely distributed in and suitability for Haman’s land. The trees’ green color and strength symbolize the spirit of the people of Haman and the county’s endless prosperity.

The magpie which is regarded as a bird that brings hope and good news, is a bird that guides the right path and foresees the future of Haman. It is also a good bird that does not harm people, animals or crops and is commonly found within the county.

Mascot: Udoli

Mascot: Udoli

Haman County's mascot, Udori, was modeled after a diligent ox which has been the closest animal since the agricultural era. It was designed as a futuristic animal that symbolizes the “Great Haman that Moves Forward into a New Future with Its Citizens.”

Environmental Mascot: Hamani

Environmental Mascot: Hamani

Haman Aragaya Hamani (Haman → Hamani → Hama) is an adorable baby hippo with Aragaya’s flame pattern on its face and belly. While traveling through the Lotus Theme Park, Hamani found a lotus leaf and now wears it as a hat. Hamani uses its Ara red lotus magic wand to keep Haman clean and green.
