Dear Residents of Haman County!

I am Cha Seok-ho, the Mayor of Haman County.

I sincerely welcome all of you to Haman, a place where the glorious history and culture of Ara Gaya live on, and which embraces abundant natural beauty and the potential for dynamic growth.

As the 9th popularly elected the Mayor of Haman County, I am deeply honored to have the opportunity to shape a new future for Haman together with all of you.

I have adopted “A Greater Haman, Leaping Forward Anew from the Residents’ Perspective” as the vision for our county administration, and I intend to place the voice of each and every resident at the center of our governance. Realizing greater growth and a better quality of life through changes and achievements that residents can tangibly feel is the most important value of our county administration.

To this end, we will secure future growth engines through a dynamic innovation-driven economy and enhance the competitiveness of agriculture through prosperous, hope-filled farming. Furthermore, we will build a Haman that grows together with its residents by creating an attractive cultural and tourist destination, realizing a welfare system that fosters happiness, expanding the foundation for a livable, balanced city, and implementing a trustworthy, open administration.

To turn the dreams and hopes of our residents into reality and build a greater Haman that future generations can take pride in, I will always listen to the voices of our residents, remain humble, focus solely on their needs, and do my very best.
