- First Floor: Auditorium, 2 counseling rooms, offices
- Second Floor: 5 lecture rooms, Dream Start Chirwon Branch, food bank, toy bank
- Third Floor: Computer room, small meeting room, kitchen, 1 lecture room, Haman County Children's Meal Management Support Center
- You need to obtain permission and pay fees to use the auditorium (214 seats) or small meeting room (40 seats).

- 2nd Priority: Residents of other areas if enrollment vacancies are available (no educational or age restrictions)
- Operating Method: Open recruitment biannually (5 months each in the first and second halves of the year) for those wishing to enroll.
